Spain on Friday.

I was about to start this with "I've been busy," but realized that I did that two posts ago.
Surprise--I'm still busy!

This month:
Audrey graduated.
People stayed at our house on three separate occasions.
I went on trips to Nashville and Atlanta.
I passed out resumes, called a lot of people, and sent plenty of emails to principals.
I went back to my scanner and the fabulous ladies at the office.
I've seen a lot of people.
Then, of course, there's been a bit of culture shock, as well as some sadness about everyone I left behind in Asia last month.
It seems to be what I do these days--go places, get attached, and leave.

I'm also going to Spain on Friday.
Did I forget to mention that?

Don't freak out--I'm only leaving for a couple of weeks.
Back in November, one of the missionaries our church supports came to talk to us about L'Arcada, a camp ministry in Girona, Spain (a little ways from Barcelona. YEAH. BARCELONA)
They have a week of English camp for youth in June and I decided to try and go.
So this was in the works before I had a clue about Mongolia.

Is it sad that the part I'm most excited about right now is getting on an airplane?
I used to hate airplanes. My life cracks me up.
I'm also excited about spending time with teenagers out in the woods and showing them the Father's love while acting like a complete fool.
That's what you do at camp.
CAMP IS AWESOME.

I'll be back June 30th and July could very well be a MESS of culture shock.

After I step foot on the plane to Barcelona, I won't have internet access, and I pre-apologize to anybody who may want to get in touch.
Sorry, I'll be running around in the woods with a bunch of new friends.

Then, YES, the plan is to stick around here for a while.
Though my plans never seem to go exactly the way I expect them to.
